AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook, 3rd Shift, Full-time. This position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and occasionally Saturday. EOE - Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods - Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing - Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning - Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe - Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures - Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times - Manage food inventory - Maintain a safe work environment - Encourage good customer relations through product promotion - Culinary experience preferred - Exceptional food presentations skills...
