The School Age and Camp Assistant Director is responsible for the implementation of high-quality Before and After School and Camp programming at multiple sites. This position will be responsible for quality facilitation of innovative curriculum and activities that ensure participant’s development occurs in a fun, healthy, and safe environment. The work week may include early morning, late afternoon, weeknights, and occasional weekend events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities for this position are determined by the school year and summer seasons; during the school year, directly serving in before and after school programming and during the summer serves as onsite camp leadership.
