Hours: Every other Saturday, 5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. The responsibilities of the Residential Advisor include partnering with residents in their daily activities according to their individual needs, and goals. The Residential Advisor provides on-site coverage and assists in performing routine resident-care duties and promotes a positive and supportive environment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partner with residents in independent living skills of cooking, menu planning, grocery shopping, money management, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, etc. - Coach and or supervise residents in completion of daily activities according to individual need including linking to co...
