What you do Allianz Partners have high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide. As part of Global Operations, in Specialty Lines we are responsible for 3 Sub-Lines of Business: Easy Living, MDDR and Automotive Warranty. This role aims at providing timely Operational support to our Platform teams by enabling: Optimal Quality Management mechanisms, monitoring Strategic KPIs such as: VOC, Customer Satisfaction, Complaints and other OPS metrics. Guaranteeing robust procedures to comply with Standards and regulatory needs, enabling capabilities to deliver Excellence, such as: Learning & Development, Quality Assurance while supporting experts in Risks Monitoring and Operations Analytics.
