We are hiring Residential Solar Installers at multiple experience levels to support our expanding installation teams. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused exclusively on residential solar installations, not general labor. Whether you’re newer to solar or a seasoned installer ready for the next step, we align title, responsibilities, and compensation with your experience. Installer Levels: Installer I – Entry Level / Junior Installer Ideal for candidates newer to solar or transitioning from roofing, electrical, or construction roles.
