Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Job description

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10pm-7:30am; every other Friday 10pm-6:30am +15% shift differential Core Responsibilities: - Always follow all required safety standards and procedures. - Always follow required environmental standards and procedures. - Repairs and maintains all facility machinery and mechanical equipment through preventative maintenance and problem-solving skills. - Works with outside vendors and contractors to initiate and implement equipment and facility repair on an as needed basis. - Utilizes analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to examine, repair and/or detect issues with machinery or equipment for repair on hydraulic and electrical systems. - Inspects, observes, and examines mechanical devices in operation to determine root cause of problem and if necessary, dismantles or adjust devices to repair to specifications. - Provides recommendations or modifications to processes and procedures and collaborates with other maintenance mechanics to increase machine efficiency & up time. - Prioritize daily activities to ensure completion of responsibilities and to keep the facility running. - Performs preventative maintenance on the facility and equipment. - Willi...
