Job description

Job Summary: The AI & Digital Innovation Delivery Lead serves as the development lead for all DT&I product and process development, with primary emphasis on the advancement and implementation of AI solutions within the product stack. This role owns the hands-on design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications—including AI agent architectures, Semantic Kernel orchestrations, and intelligent automation capabilities—while overseeing the SDLC development pipeline and DevOps management across the portfolio. The role works in close coordination with the Automation & Infrastructure Lead and the Data & Analytics Lead to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, secure, AI-powered solutions. The AI & Digital Innovation Delivery Lead partners closely with the Director of Assurance Architecture & Digital Innovation and cross-functional teams to align development practices and product delivery with assurance service delivery objectives, firm policies, and security standards.
