JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce of approximately 3,000 employees. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing. The position is hybrid, with on-site presence required at our Tampa (Avion Park) office located near Tampa International Airport. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state employee population (approximately 3,000 employees) - Ensure end-to-end payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely execution with minimal oversight - Support data validation, parallel testing, and issue resolution during HRIS migration - Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities (W-2s, tax filings, etc.) - Interpret and apply federal, state, and local wage and hour laws to ensure ongoing compliance - Handle complex payroll matters, including multi-state taxation, adjustments, and off-cycle payments - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations - Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality - Document payroll processes and contribute to continuous...
