About the job Who we are: Flatpay is one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. Founded three years ago in Copenhagen, our mission is simple: take the stress out of card payments for SMBs. Business owners want to focus on running their business. But monthly hardware fees, different rates for different cards, extra transaction costs, and frequent price increases have made payments unnecessarily stressful. That’s why we started Flatpay. One flat rate across all cards. That’s it. We’re now more than 1,000 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France — and we’ve recently launched in the UK. What you'll do: Role: Inside Sales Representative (ISR): Start Date: Rolling monthly intake (beginning of each month) Location: White City, London Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £60k OTE (uncapped commission) Responsibilities: Call merchants from a provided lead pool, demo Flatpay solutions over the phone and close contracts Build and maintain your own pipeline, including generating referrals Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfacti...
