About the role In this role, you will take the lead in shaping quality across complex enterprise technology environments. This role drives testing strategies across both commercial off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions, ensuring systems are robust, reliable, and ready to deliver exceptional outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor on quality risks and delivery readiness, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to elevate testing practices and improve outcomes across the organisation. Your expertise will help ensure enterprise systems are fit for purpose, aligned to business needs, and capable of supporting reliable services for the community.
