Senior Product Designer

The role As a Senior Product Designer, you deliver value from ideation to implementation. You have a strong understanding of branding, Lean design practices and UX. You have a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to visualise and communicate the ‘big picture’ product vision. You are able to draw on your experience and knowledge of best practices to create innovative digital solutions. You are pragmatic and understand the need to balance business requirements with design excellence to achieve our clients’ goals. You are a people person. As a trusted consultant and experienced designer, you develop a rapport with your clients and help them through the product development process. You are an integral part of the product team at Red Badger, and work in client-facing cross-functional teams building digital products. You work closely with your team to champion user needs, the brand, and the product vision, so your team can deliver the right thing in the right way.
