Paid Summer Intern – Operations & Process Improvement Interstate Power Systems | Gillette, WY Interstate Power Systems is hiring college-level paid interns to support our Gillette, Wyoming location this summer. This role offers hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, and business systems while working alongside experienced professionals in the power systems industry. This is a paid, temporary summer internship. What You’ll Do: - Assist with day-to-day operations, service, parts, or administrative support - Help identify and improve internal workflows and processes - Support Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for better efficiency and communication - Assist with organizing and streamlining Work-in-Progress (WIP) - Help create basic documentation, reports, or process updates - Support special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For: - Currently enrolled in a college or technical program - Interest in operations, business processes, analytics, IT, or efficiency improvement - Comfortable learning and using technology and systems - Reliable, organized, and eager to learn - Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. What You'll Lear...
