Position Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and preventative care of multiple car wash locations. This role ensures maximum operational uptime through effective leadership, proactive maintenance programs, and efficient troubleshooting of equipment. The Manager, Maintenance supervises a team of technicians, manages parts inventory, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
