Job description

Summary: The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing senior level support to GEODIS Americas in the development and administration of compensation programs for all employees by managing, coordinating and upholding compensation programs and/or philosophies. Job Duties: Performs benchmarking, analyzes internal and external pay data and makes recommendation for salary changes to ensure equity Advises management on compensation actions for employees Reviews proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results Assists in updating company pay grades Writes and maintains job descriptions for all business units Performs job analysis and reviews proposals for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate exemption assignment and pay according to the FLSA regulations Manages the job title database in the HRIS Audits system job codes, title exemption status and job titles on an ongoing basis Provides salary data for RFPs, account startups and other hiring needs Manages the non-exempt common review date process for assigned locations Assists with design and management of the awards...
