- Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities - Must be able to work a rotating day and night shift and be on call on weekends - Full uniform & laundry service provided - Supportive team and well-established workshop The Opportunity: - 70% on the tools / 30% leadership position - Leading a team of up to 10 mechanics across day and night shifts - Carry out servicing, diagnostics, breakdowns and hydraulic repairs - Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices - Support day-to-day workshop operations and handovers between shifts - Drive safety, performance and continuous improvement About You: - Trade qualified (Cert III in Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology) - 3–5+ year’s experience in a similar role - Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive change - Solid diagnostic and heavy vehicle repair experience - HR/HC/MC and/or Forklift licence - Background in transport, waste, mining or civil (desirable) - Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen About Us: Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.
