This role drives continuous improvement of processes with input from Industrial Engineers, Controls Engineers, Operators, and Management. The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is recognized as a strong leader, capable of leading technically while demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills. This role will mentor and lead members of the Manufacturing Engineering Team, including interns. Supervisors are also expected to effectively manage projects of greater complexity and magnitude, often with higher levels of risk.
