While this role does not have direct reports, it plays a critical leadership function through influence, guidance, and partnership with leaders and teams. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, this role supports complex and sensitive situations, including progressive performance management and employee wellbeing, by balancing accountability with care, context, and respect for lived experiences.
