Job description
Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds of Inspira Health Network to maintain equipment, machinery, systems, furniture and buildings in good working and structural repair. Certification/Licensure: - High school graduate or equivalent and trade school certification (after high school). - Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience required with 5 years preferred. - Valid driver’s license required to operate any Inspira owned vehicles. Knowledge & Skills: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability inspects facilities and equipment. - Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and central systems. - A working knowledge of fuel and steam systems. - Ability to perform mechanical repairs. - Knowledge and observance of safety precautions. - Must have a knowledge of electrical / mechanical systems of private buildings and safety codes.
