What You'll Do: - Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the SSB Hospitality Sales team, including performing tasks related to customer and order management (e.g. Billing, Reporting, Shipments, Communications) - Support order entry functions, including electronic orders, reviews orders for accuracy; works with factory CSR and Credit Analyst to release orders for production. Interact with Operations/Factory associates to ensure order fulfillment and serve as liaison to plants to communicate delivery requirements. - Communicates critical terms and conditions of sales orders and any other special issues related to accounts or transactions to all stakeholders - Review "credit hold" reports; work with the credit department to research and solve problems. - Review daily order metrics for accuracy of order...
