Working Student Opportunities: · Investment Memorandums : Help create investment memorandums. · Research & Analysis: Dive into industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development. · Underwriting Support: Assist the investment team in the underwriting process for potential real estate acquisitions and asset management initiatives. · Presentations & Proposals: Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations. · Enquiries: Respond to questions from external and internal business partners.
