Resource Planning Business Administrator

Job description

The Resource Planning (RP) Business Administrator partners with Finance, Engineering, IT, and Business Management teams to ensure accurate labor tracking, reporting, and system optimization across engineering and IT organizations. This position maintains data integrity between Resource Planning systems and PentaSAP, supports program and budget visibility, and delivers high-quality customer service and reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Business & Program Support - Support Business Managers across Product Development by ensuring accurate capture of labor hours charged by their teams - Monitor supervisory compliance and user time-charging accuracy - Enable program management teams to track and manage overall labor budgets for supported projects - IT & Systems Collaboration - Drive RP system improvements across North America, IAP, and global regions - Collaborate with IT partners to identify and implement solutions that simplify and enhance supervisor and user functionality - Develop and maintain RP programs, map programs to PentaSAP, and monitor WBS overrun reports and PentaSAP special runs - Maintain location, department, and organizat...
