What you will do: You’ll be the strategic IT Business Partner* for our Sales, Product, and Quality teams , helping them turn big ambitions into smart, scalable IT solutions. You’ll challenge business priorities, translate them into a clear technical roadmap, and make sure everything aligns with Tony’s overall IT direction. You will be the IT Product Owner for Hubspot, Specright, House of Wizdom, and other smaller applications. Your main scope for the first year will be focused on the implementation and adoption of HubSpot across teams, bringing all stakeholders together, challenging vendors and ensuring we land processes that work for Tony’s.
