Reporting to the Ag Site Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude. To be dependable for all scheduled shifts, both inside and outside the facilities as required (approx. 90% of shifts will take place outdoors). To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer. To perform general housekeeping duties and maintain a neat, clean and orderly department at all times. To order, receive, and displace merchandise as directed by the Site Manager as per Saskatoon Co-op Policies and Procedures. To operate appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or wheel loader, in a safe manner for unloading/loading inventory. To complete pre-use inspection of equipment, such as forklift, wheel loader, and fleet vehicles, and bring forward any deficiencies to the Yard Supervisor or Site Manager. To operate the bulk seed and/or bulk fertilizer plant in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring all loaded and unloaded product is accurate. To assist with maintaining accurate inventory of all c...
