Description ACC Management Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. This is a part-time position - 8 hours per week, with additional on-call responsibilities as needed. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeep of building systems, units, and common areas. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing work in a timely and professional manner.
