Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery: - Lead ISC deliverables across planning, development, industrialization, and launch preparation - Own ISC scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risks - Ensure compliance with NPD/stage‑gate governance and deliverables - Drive milestones and phase exits Cross‑Functional Coordination: - Coordinate ISC functions (Industrial Engineering, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, CI, EHS) - Clarify roles, interfaces, and dependencies - Serve as single point of contact for ISC execution topics Schedule, Resource & Cost Management: - Build and maintain integrated project plans (incl. dependencies) - Track resources and identify capacity gaps early - Coordinate mitig...
