The Records Auditor applies thorough knowledge of collection procedures and quality control requirements to execute RADE audit processes and supports error investigation efforts. The RA plays a vital part in supporting donor and patient safety by evaluating documentation for regulatory compliance, identifying and investigating discrepancies, and determining appropriate product and donor status. This position also fosters effective working relationships with internal and external partners by delivering professional, responsive, and collaborative customer service that supports departmental efficiency and organizational success.
