You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. With delegated authority from the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll act as the responsible person on shift, managing risks and leading by example to support strong individuals, families, and communities. ✅ What You’ll Do Lead Daily Operations & Staff: Supervise shifts, support team members, and ensure smooth centre operations.
