Job description

- Conducts monthly staff meetings and ensures designated trainings are completed and information is disseminated to employees as requested by leadership. - Holds a daily huddle to discuss the schedule for the day, staffing, and other pertinent information. - Assures adequate provider coverage to meet patient needs at all times. - Practices financial stewardship in all purchases for the location, including supplies and equipment. - Reviews service line finances to identify savings opportunities and implement resolution. - Participates in the hiring process by following interview guidelines. Provides timely feedback on candidates. - Completes onboarding for new employees and offboarding for terminated employees in the HRIS system. - Assures employee evaluations, including 30-60-90-day, are completed in a timely manner and appropriate goals are set. - Manages staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily. - Oversees the timekeeping of direct reports by monitoring time clock activities and ensuring time is recorded appropriately, to include Advanced Practice Providers.
