Job Scope: The CNC Programmer – Swiss Turning is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting CNC programs used to manufacture medical devices, implants, and instruments on Swiss-style CNC turning equipment. This role utilizes CAM software and/or manual programming methods during Process Development, Process Improvement, and Production to ensure user-friendly, efficient, repeatable, and compliant Swiss machining processes in a production environment. Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for Swiss-style turning machines using CAM software and/or manual programming. - Create and maintain production documentation, including setup sheets, tooling layouts, and process instructions specific to Swiss machining. - Mentor a...
