CEVA Logistics is a leading international logistics service provider. In the Benelux region, we operate over 50 locations spread across 30 sites, where more than 11,000 colleagues contribute daily to our success. YOUR ROLE: As a Team Lead Logistics Receiving will you play a key role in the success of our operations at the bol. Fulfillment Center in Waalwijk, together with your team. In this role, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically within the Receiving department. Your team consists of 20 operators, around 30 flex workers, and two Team Coordinators who are specialized in the process. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals, and you actively contribute to the development of your people. Naturally, you are closely involved in optimizing the design of your sub-process and improving your team’s performance. As Teamlead Logistics, you report directly to the Operations Manager of the Receiving department. You will work in two shifts: morning and evening.
