Any changes will be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties Role Responsibilities: - Support the full scope of daily program activities and operations, including academic, artistic, performance, and student life activities, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality participant experience. - Serve as a central point of contact among participants, faculty, and staff to ensure effective communication of schedules, expectations, and updates. - Supervise and mentor an assigned group of residential participants (ages 14–19), fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive community. - Enforce campus, and residence hall policies, including the Summer Participant Code of Conduct, curfews, and health and safety protocols. - Respond to participant conce...
