Job description

Position Summary: Review, understand, and communicate customer requirements and changes, and TPI manufacturing and quality processes. Manage exceptions and differences between TPI sites; drive global standardization efforts. Work with various teams during new program launches, support product transfer to different TPI sites; support continuous improvement and material cost-out programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the expert on customer’s technical requirements by reviewing and understanding all related drawings, specifications, and other files. - Drive TPI’s global standardization efforts at the site by working with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams. - Prepare and maintain supplier questions and exceptions lists for a new design or requirement change from the customer by working with related departments. - Own and maintain Bill of Materials. - Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products or requirements. - Coordinate continuous improvement changes both internally and externally, including process, material, equipment, and documentation related changes. - Confer with Management, Engineering, and other staff regarding manufactur...
