This role ensures the website’s functionality, usability, and security are maintained at the highest standards, working closely with the Social Media Manager, Multimedia Content Creator, and other key personnel to meet the organization’s needs. ***This position is contingent upon contract of award. Responsibilities: Website Maintenance & Updates: Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer website, ensuring content is up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible. Post content, create new pages, and develop CMS templates as needed to reflect changes in customer strategic priorities. Troubleshoot and enhance the performance, functionality, and reliability of the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
