Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a BEOL reliability engineer with technical expertise, who can drive and ensure the robustness of reliability for advanced CMOS technology. Role and Responsibilities: Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification, process changes and abnormal events. Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve the reliability of semiconductor fabrication processes. Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time to fail data. Conduct reliability assessment to ensure semiconductor fabrication process robust and optimized.
