Description The Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving specification-based sales growth by working directly with civil engineers, municipalities, and design firms. This role focuses on influencing project specifications early in the design phase through technical engagement, education, and product advocacy. The position leads Lunch & Learn presentations, supports engineering firms with design assistance, and ensures electrical and precast solutions are incorporated into project plans. This role serves as a key liaison between engineering, sales, and operations to move projects from concept through production and delivery across multiple plants. Location: This role can report to Bluffton, Bowling Green, Mount Vernon, Valley City, or Vienna.
