Job DetailsJob Location: Structural - Omaha, NE 68110Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75.00 - $120.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: 1st ShiftStarting wage 75k-120k Primary Purpose of this Position: Project Manager: Organize, schedule, and administer contract fabrication and erection through continuous, effective communication with our customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors and other Drake-Williams Steel personnel. Essential Job Functions: 1. Thorough and complete understanding of project estimates and budgets. 2. Review the contract documents and specifications and alert the appropriate company personnel of any unusual or questionable terms, conditions or requirements. 3. Organize pre-production meetings when required prior to the beginning of detailing. 4. Upon receipt of an order, develop sequencing and determine the requested delivery dates for each through personal contact with the customer and erector. Also make any necessary changes to the Project Recap Worksheet to reflect the actual agreed upon requirements. 5.
