Position Summary: - We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data and Analytics Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Build data structure and data lake intake method to support future analytics tools use at a growing Fortune 500 company - Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement - Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
