Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Contract Logistics site in the Netherlands. This role focuses on evaluating, standardising, and optimising operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with site leadership, operational teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs), the role leads the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements aligned with business objectives, ISO 9001 standards, and customer-specific requirements. The position plays a key role in embedding a culture of operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the site.
