Overview: Schedule: Contingent (as needed) No set shift - most hours will typically be in the evenings. Some mornings possible. Weekdays only. Job Description Summary: Provides services for patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff. The Sales Associate greets every customer, determines each individual’s specific needs and fulfills those needs in a friendly, efficient manner. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Operates cash register accurately and efficiently. - Resolves problems that arise with customers, physical plant or equipment and seeks an appropriate resolution. - Maintains a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors. - Answers phone calls, resolves questions, gives directions, and offers appropriate suggestions. - Makes priority setting decisions, performs stock replenishment, maintains storage and merchandise presentation.
