ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network Implementation Engineer – Tech Lead join our Network Implementation team. In this role, you will oversee and execute the deployment, configuration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, wireless technologies, and Meraki solutions. This role involves leading implementation projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring that network solutions align with business and technical objectives. This is a hybrid role for candidates to be based in the Dallas TX area. What you will do: Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of network implementation engineers, fostering skill development and collaboration. - Serve as the technical escalation point for complex network implementation issues. - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
