To reinforce our team in Wädenswil, Switzerland, we are seeking a Post diploma internship “Data analysis (genomics, proteomics) of plant growth stimulating bacteria” Job description: Agroscope is the Swiss centre of excellence for research in agriculture, nutrition and the environment. We have an opening for a motivated Post diploma student to join AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Start date: July 1, 2026 (or upon agreement) We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys analyzing and integrating functional genomics data (primarily genome sequence and proteomics data, and possibly RNA-seq and Tn-seq data) and who can help us understand the mechanisms that allow bacteria to both stimulate plant growth and, in addition, inhibit the growth of harmful plant pathogens.
