At SIXT, we are looking for a Senior Analyst Customer Insights (m/f/d) to uncover opportunities across the customer journey and influence strategic decisions with Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, and CRM teams. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT: You own end-to-end analytics on customer questions like acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, churn, and lifetime value You design, analyze, and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize digital journeys, pricing, promotions, and CRM campaigns You build and maintain customer segmentations, churn models, and lifecycle frameworks that enable targeted experiences and communications You conduct deep-dive analyses across web, app, and station touchpoints, connecting insights to business impact You develop clear dashboards and metrics, enabling self-serve insights and data-driven decision-making for stakeholders You present insights and recommendations to senior leaders,...
