What the role is all about: WinSport Summer Camps is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual for the position of Shift Lead, Sport & Wilderness. Candidates for this position should have experience working with children/youth and supervising peers/adults, along with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including a guest success mindset. As a Sport & Wilderness Shift Lead, your primary role is to supervise the execution of daily Sport & Wilderness operations. You will ensure campers, parents, Volunteers and WinSport Team Members have exceptional experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate, organize, and manage operations. You will be responsible for supervising team members and volunteers, ensuring they meet our high standards of programming excellence whilst also helping to celebrate joy in the work we do.
