General Summary: The purpose of this classification is to perform a variety of routine maintenance and light repair of Consolidated Government owned buildings and facilities as assigned. Performs high-level skilled maintenance and construction work including carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair­ related duties at Augusta facilities within the guidelines of work order and Augusta-Richmond County departmental rules and procedures. Works with co-workers and the public to provide operational support.
