GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The role of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to write original course content and assessments for online and hybrid courses. The SME is to work with the Program Director and Course Development team to create course content within the guidelines of Course Development and with the approval of Academic leadership. Time commitment and compensation is commensurate with content creation expectations. Specific Skills required: Undergraduate Psychology Courses in the areas of: - Psychology of Creativity - Applied Psychology - Industrial/Organizational Psychology ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Minimum Education and Experience: Advanced degree from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required. 3-5 years of professional experience. Minimum of a M aster's degree in Applied Psychology or Industrial/Organizational Psychology; or out of field graduate degree with 18+ graduate semester hours in field/subfield; or out of field graduate degree with 5+ years' documented professional experience in field/subfield.
