Job Title: Associate Campus Pastor Ministry/Department: Multisite: Reports to: Campus Pastor: Status: Full-time, exempt: Supervisory Role: Yes: Objective: The Associate Campus Pastor provides leadership to the campus team in the areas of ministry growth and execution by implementing the culture of The Church of Eleven22®, casting vision for healthy ministry development and supporting the shepherding and equipping of the saints for the work of ministry. S upports and co-labors with the Campus Pastor under his leadership to help create an environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities: - ​​ M aintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship - Lead and shepherd a campus team by owning, modeling and implementing the vision and values of the church - Co-labor with the Campus Pastor in the annual goal setting, execution and evaluation of campus Ministry Action Plans (MAP s ) - Focus on the gospel mission within the church and throughout the surrounding community by intentionally equipping the saints fo...
