River Rock Casino Resort is on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our team! Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, this position is responsible for the production and execution of Chinese menu item production, while maintaining all company standards, adhering to all safety and hygiene policies and procedures and contributing to a safe and welcome work environment for all team members and guests. Duties and responsibilities for our Demi Chef de Partie - Asian Cuisine will include: - Prepares, cooks and presents menu items following standardized recipes to our high quality standards as set by the Sous Chef, Chinese Cuisine, - Prepares checklists and a variety of foods, garnishes, sauces, and other products as required for high volume production and execution - Assists Commis Chefs with product receiving, breakdown, storage and rotation - Cleans culinary equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures - Assists with month end inventories as directed - Takes orders over the counter while providing GEM quality service to guests, as required - Attends monthly culinary meetings - Liaises and communicates effectively with all...
