Zurich North America is currently looking for a Strategic Relationship Leader to serve our Specialty Business Unit. The preference is for the position to be in any of the following Zurich offices on a hybrid basis: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Irvine, Phoenix, Seattle. The Strategic Relationship Leader engages with strategic and prospective high‑value customers to drive retention, sales, and long‑term profitable growth. The role identifies new opportunities, expands solution adoption, and coordinates internal product and service delivery to ensure seamless client experience. It also leverages global resources to capitalize on worldwide growth opportunities.
