Multi-craft Maintenance Technician

Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, install and repair equipment, parts, and systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment. - Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, mechanical and electrical drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. - Working knowledge of Electrical Codes, OSHA and standard industry safety rules/regulations. - Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance according to continuous improvement processes - Maintain accurate and complete records, document all work performed appropriately. - Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to Supervisor. - Maintain accurate daily repair logs and KPIs. - Operate grinder, welder and other metalworking tools to fabricate and assemble parts as needed - Adhere to continuous improvement and root cause analysis practices - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions - Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replace defective parts. - Adhere to good housekeeping practices. - Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes. - Adhere to good housekeeping prac...
