Houseman, Hotel (Full Time - 7pm-3:30am)

Job description

This position typically starts at $16 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. Performing duties with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment including carpet/floor care; maintaining the cleanliness of the guest room floors and storage closets as needed; picking up linen and garbage from housekeeping carts throughout the day; removing dirty linen from vacant rooms at a minimum of 10 rooms per Room Attendant per day; performing special projects assigned by supervisors; following safety and security procedures. Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready ‑ to ‑ learn attitude. Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture. Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
